Ekeragerio·Koito
Kunoni Gardens, Ongata Rongai · from 10:00 AM

Two families, two heritages and one love story. Together with our parents and elders, we invite you to witness the coming together of our homes as we honour the customs of our people.
On this day the Abagusii Ekeragerio and the Kalenjin Koito meet under one sky, with blessings spoken, gifts exchanged, and two families becoming one.
It would mean the world to us to have you there, in your finest, to eat, dance and celebrate with us.
Our ceremony brings together the customs of both our homes. If it is your first time at either, come curious; there will be plenty of people happy to explain each moment.

Come dressed in elegant African or traditional-inspired attire: kitenge, Maasai shuka accents, beadwork, a sharp suit or a flowing dress. If you would like to match the day, our colours are below.
The day is outdoors on grass. Block heels or flats will serve you well.
We adore your little ones, but we have planned this as an adults-only day (18 years and over). We kindly ask that children stay home and enjoy a cosy day in, so that you can relax, dance and celebrate with us.
To keep the day intimate, invitations are for the named guests only and we are unable to accommodate plus-ones. Your personal e-invite, with its QR code, will be checked at the gate.
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. Should you wish to bless us further, an envelope towards our new home together will be received with heartfelt thanks.
With love, Ian & Tete
